Who pays the $300?
The agency, per approved image. $250 goes to the creative, $50 to Fetch.
What does the license cover?
Non-exclusive, in perpetuity, across all media, print and digital, unless the Fetch states otherwise.
How many images can I submit?
Up to 25 per Fetch, across all batches.
When is payment due?
Invoices are due within 30 days. Bank transfer (ACH) is recommended; card is also accepted.
When do I get the originals?
As soon as the invoice is paid. Until then, previews carry a watermark.
When are creatives paid?
Automatically, when the agency’s invoice is paid.
Terms in brief
Copyright
Creatives keep copyright in everything they submit and may license the same images elsewhere.
Default license
Each approved image is licensed to the agency non-exclusive, in perpetuity, across all media, print and digital. A Fetch can state different terms; creatives see them before they submit.
Releases
Creatives are responsible for releases for identifiable people and private property.
Payment
Agencies pay $300 per approved image, net 30. Creatives earn $250 per approved image, paid when the agency pays.
Privacy of submissions
Submissions are seen only by the agency that posted the Fetch and by Fetch staff.
